By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Lights ON Broadway is a community preservation campaign for the historic BROADWAY sign at 435 Broadway, San Francisco.
Use of This Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with its operation, security, or functionality, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the site.
Contributions
All contributions are voluntary. Contributions and gifts to the campaign are tax deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Point Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 94-2147154), is the recipient of record and issues donor tax receipts. All campaign contributions are securely processed and received directly by The Point Foundation for the FAB MAB restricted fund to restore the sign and keep the stage alive.
Unless otherwise stated, contributions are nonrefundable. If you believe a contribution was made in error, contact us promptly and we will review the request.
Dedications & Submitted Content
Dedications, memories, and stories you submit may be reviewed for tone and accuracy before publication. We reserve the right to decline or edit submissions that are inconsistent with the campaign's community standards. Sponsoring a light does not confer ownership of, or rights to, any part of the BROADWAY sign, which remains a shared cultural landmark.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website — text, images, graphics, logos, and other materials — is owned by or licensed to the campaign and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission, except as allowed by law.
No Warranty
This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the campaign and its organizers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website.
